You may reach our farm Vorderstammerhof is approx. 30 minutes by car from Brunico. Nestled among sunny hills, untouched nature, extensive alpine meadows, and high peaks, three lovingly furnished apartments await you in the Casies Valley. Choose among the three individual holiday apartments the one that fulfils your wishes for your holiday in South Tyrol. For couples or for entire families – our holiday apartments in the Val Casies offer plenty of space for recreation and relaxation. A fully equipped live-in kitchen with a sitting area, a large balcony, satellite TV and, on request, our bread delivery service round off our offer. This way, you may start a new, exciting day in South Tyrol in a cosy atmosphere and without stress.

Rates & Discounts

All prices are based on a stay of at least 4 nights per apartment.

The price includes: A fully equipped kitchen, TV and radio, electricity and heating, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, Wi-Fi and LAN, bread delivery service and all fees and taxes, with the exception of the local tax.

The amount of the local tax is calculated on the basis of the municipal ordinance applicable at the time of the stay in the municipality (since 01.01.2024: 2.70 € per person and day for all guests who are14 years or older).

The final cleaning is included in the price.

Late arrival and early departure will be charged by agreement.

Discounts for children

Kids up to 2 years stay with us free of charge.
Travel cot, table seat, children’s cutlery and children’s plates can be borrowed free of charge.

Pets

Out of consideration for our guests, pets are not allowed!

Booking

Please note: The booking becomes binding upon payment of a deposit for confirmation (booking security) and the sending of the booking confirmation. The deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation.

Additional charges and terms of payment

Deposit: We welcome written reservations via e-mail. The reservation becomes binding once the deposit is paid.

In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be reimbursed. We will also apply the below cancellation conditions.

For stays of less than 4 days there is a surcharge by agreement.

Payment: Please pay cash on site.
Since July 2020 in Italy it is no longer allowed to pay amounts above € 1.999.99 in cash. The following payment methods are accepted: non-transferable check, bank transfer.

Arrival and departure

Arrival: On arrival day, we expect you starting from 2 p.m. Of course, you can also arrive earlier, but the apartment will ready for you only at 2 p.m.. In case of a delay, we look forward to receiving a message from you.

Departure: On departure day, please leave your holiday apartment not later than 9.30 a.m. Other times are possible upon request.

Cancellations & Cancellation insurance

Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 Civil Code.
According to the Italian Consumer Protection Code, there is no right of withdrawal. However, we grant you the right to withdraw according to following cancellation conditions as defined in art. 1382 (Civil Code):

We are looking forward to your visit. You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 3 months before your arrival. From 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival, we charge 40% of the booking. 1 month to 1 week before departure, the cancellation fee is 70% of the booking price. In the last week before arrival, the cancellation fee amounts to 90%: As a special service and to save costs, we offer you the cancellation protection Red Rooster. In case of “no show” or early departure, the guest is required to fully pay for the entire booking period.

Please inform us in advance if you are unable to take your holiday.
